W. A.{Mr Adams} Robotham Esq.,
Messrs. Rolls Royce Ltd.,
Derby.

Dear Mr. Robotham,

This is to confirm our telephone conversation of this afternoon in which you were good enough to offer me Thursday June 17th as a date for discussion of two or three matters of mutual interest. These are particularly; (1) The effect of additions to engine oil in increasing or preventing deterioration of bearing metals; (2) Prevention of cylinder corrosion during cold storage and cold running; (3) extreme pressure gear lubricants and special hypoid gear oils.

I am keeping in mind that you may find it necessary to alter this appointment to Friday the 18th inst.

Yours very truly,

S. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Bowrey
Director & Chief Chemist.
