Therefore, tabulating the dates fixed we get the following:- January 14th - all drawings to be in the hands of HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} January 17th - Paulin completes full scale drawings of body, and hands to Van Vooren. January 21st - Frame to be delivered. February 19th- Chassis, complete with rear road springs, petrol tank, dashboard, steering column, and as many other parts as are available, handed over to Experimental Garage for despatch to France. April 23rd. - Chassis returned, completed with body, from Van Voorens. May 8th. - Car handed to Experimental Garage for preliminary tests prior to commencement of 15,000 miles Continental endurance. We should like to have your opinion on this programme, because all we have tried to do is to allot the available time as fairly as possible to manufacturing and testing respectively.
