We have fitted to the above Gear Box the following new pieces:-
1st & 3rd. Motion Shaft.
1 - G.84834 3rd. & 4th, Sliding Piece- to N.S.4885.
2nd. Motion Shaft.
1-G.84763 Retaining Ring.
1-G.84764 " "
1-G.84765 Outer Driving Member. } No N.S.4824.
1-G.84766 Inner " "
1-G.84767 2nd. Sliding Piece.
Gear Box & Actuating Gear.
1-G.56309 Plunger Spring fitted in 3rd & 4th, Selector.
Owing to a slight defect in the Reverse Bore at the Rear end, we have fitted an Alum bush, this was approved by BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer}
Handed to Test Dept: Saturday December 5th.
