Engine and chassis development, specifically regarding the 'turbulent head'.

wheel base chassis, we believe it would be advisable to have a slightly larger engine, that is, say a small amount added to the cylinder bores.

The reason for suggesting that the turbulent head should for the moment be disassociated from the long chassis is because from what I gather from Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}, if we wait for that chassis to be completed from an experimental and test point of view, we should have to order more material to keep things going and should be running the risk of that batch having to come through even without the turbulent head.

P.S. I forgot to mention that Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager}, C., Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} and I discussed this matter very thoroughly to-day and the above recommendation is the one which we decided on as being the best course of action.
