Wind Noises In Bodies: Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry{Shadwell Grylls}2/R.1.11.37. The copy of Da{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}1/G28.10.37. was not attached to your memo. Will you be good enough to have it sent along to us. We believe that the memo Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}2/IH20.2.34 to which you refer should be Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}2/IH22.2.34. In any case, we would say that Mr. Ward's Company, in common with the other leading coachbuilders have, from time to time, been advised of any recommendations officially put forward on the subject of wind noises or other matters affecting their coachwork. However, on receipt of Da{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}1/G28.10.37 we will send Mr. Ward personally a summary of all the points made from time to time and in addition ask him to refer back to the letter of February 22nd 1934 which you quote in the postscript of your memo so that when the visit to the works takes place he is in a position to deal with any questions raised. It would be a help to us here, including Mr. Ward, if you can give us a few days notice of when it will be convenient to the people concerned at your end for the meeting to be held. Hn.{F. C.
