X1328 Exptl. Dept. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Std.14/JH. 3rd Febuary, 1936. The British Thermostat Co. Ltd., Windmill Road, Sunbury, Middlesex. For the attention of Mr Martin-Hurst. Dear Sirs, We are proposing to try a radiator steam valve of the flexible bellows type, and for that purpose are going to use the scheme shown on drawing LEC.4931 (attached). We should like you to supply us with a bellows to E.87911 (attached), and we think that it would be most convenient if you could make the parts to E.87912 and E.87914, and assemble them with the bellows as shown on LEC.4931. We are today sending you an official order for this bellows assembly and should be greatly obliged if you could urge this job, as we are anxious to test the scheme with the minimum of delay. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS ROYCE LTD. | ||
