Referring to R2/M18/9/26. - we were far from satisfied that £6-6-0 was a reasonable charge for Asbestos under floor-boards; we took the matter up with Barker's very strongly at the time and as the result, they have not only credited us but have agreed to make no charge for the same in future. Re: question of jacketting the pipes, I attach copy of CWB8/GM/21/9/26. setting out what Paris have done with apparently satisfactory results.
