Tests carried out as on 28-EX. using an Elliott Millivoltmeter No.1121620 & Thermo Couple of Eureka & Copper Wires.

Full throttle climb of 1 mile at constant 20 mph. 32°C. corrected.
" " " " 2 " " " 30 " 25°C. approx.
" " " " 1 " " " 40 " 25°C. approx.

Light running at constant 30 MPH. for 5 miles averages 38°C. corrected

General running not exceeding 50 MPH. for 10 miles averages 31°C. corrected

Engine ticking over at 300/400 RPM. from cold 82°C.

Running free at 750 RPM. registers 85°C. corrected.
" " " 1200 " " 57°C. "
" " " 1500 " " 52°C. "

From 1500 RPM. to tick over at 300 RPM. temperature rises to 82°C. in less than a minute.
