You will have received a copy of H3/H.30.8.34, and I should be glad if you would kindly give instructions for this matter to be very carefully considered.

You will note H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} makes the suggestion that the Experimental Dept. might like to investigate this trouble specially.

I would like your views upon it. It certainly appears that we have so far failed to give Mr. Wyns just what he wants to cope with these rather extraordinary conditions, and if we can overcome this it certainly looks as if Belgium might be a useful small market for us.
