When Mr. Tweedie was at the Works on the 1st inst. it was agreed that we should submit a programme covering 50 hours research running on Ethylene Glycol on the 6-cylinder unit. Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} is preparing a programme covering this work and we should be glad if you would discuss this matter with him and let us have as quickly as possible a quotation for the work involved. The 6-cylinder unit is the Company's property and the terms of the contract will be similar to the previous contract for running the single cylinder unit on Ethylene Glycol, i.e. No.173100/32. We hope Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} will be able to let us have a programme at an early date as Mr. Tweedie hopes to allocate the amount out of the current year's vote. Py/Blb. | ||
