| This is to certify that Rolls-Royce Chassis 1-RT-1 - Registration No. RC.{R. Childs}8147 was a complete motor car in May, 1940, and since that date has run on trade plates. The chassis was actually finished in August 1939, and a test body was used until its own body was fitted in May 1940. | ||
