Dear Sirs,
We thank you for your letter of the 9th September, addressed for the attention of our Technical Manager and we trust that you have since received the 4 special bearings No.N.2790 which were despatched to you on 14th instant, as indicated in our telegram, a copy of which is attached.
With regard to the 15 bearings No.N.2784, we can only say at present that we have investigated this matter exhaustively and that the modification is now in hand. These bearings will be returned to you at the earliest possible moment and we would assure you that no avoidable delay will occur.
