| X 254 Bentley To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}7/KW.19.4.34. The Rolls-Royce type of silent tappet has really given very good results. As we are still in a mess with the Cadillac scheme because we departed from their original recommendations, we want to push through a set of rockers for the 20/25, to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1364, and send them to France on 21-G-IV for a 10,000 mile test. I should think it would be worth sinking a die for the rocker, as it could be used for both the 20/25 and Bentley. Will you please put a set through for the Bentley at the same time as the one for the 20/25. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
