Occurred on 25.7.39 after 39 hours 25 mins, of which 9 hours 35 mins were full throttle.

This is the second failure to occur in the same position, the previous one being reported on by H1/EJW. ref: H1/EJW.1/JM.{Mr Morley}12.6.39.
