(d) As stability will be a vital feature on this car, I would recommend that you have a chassis with Marles steering and large tyres. If this worries you with wing clearance, then the alterna- tive is small front tyres and large rear ones. The spare wheel problem then becomes irritating.

(e) The rear axle available gives 118 m.p.h. with standard wheels. It necessitates a special axle centre box. We have all the parts in the Experimental Dept. If you have not yet got the chassis, obviously it would be best to fit these parts before the car left Derby. We shall be glad to have your instructions.

(f) We have given other people a high compression head. We do not see why Embiricos should not have the same thing.
