We are obtaining samples of the material to send to Mr. Royce. 5. "Rodmanol" describes this product which appears similar to Bakelite with rather higher heat resisting qualities. Rodmanol is described as made of phenol and anhydrous hexamethylenetetramine and Condensite (Bakelite) of a chemical reaction between phenol or carbolic acid and formaldehyde Samples of Rodmanol are enclosed herewith.
