We have in hand a scheme for using a spring loaded valve in conjunction with the cap to shut in the top tank of the radiator and stop loss of water due to splash. Also in conjunction with this, short nozzles on the discharge pipe from the engine to prevent the stream of water from striking the front of the tank.
