Time taken to boil water with out fan engine standing = 20 mins
Engine running at 500 revs per minute car standing still without fan surrounding temperature atmospheric = 6°C water rose to boiling point in 20 minutes
Then fixing fan under same conditions of running the water from boiling point to 73°C
Road tests agree when the engine is pulling at slow speeds. at full power. Fan not effective when car is going at a good speed.
