re BENTLEY QUARTERLY COMPLAINTS.
--------------------------

Referring to your Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}16/KW.21.2.35., the seven complaints of judders at 40 m.p.h., were reported by Kingsbury.

As Kingsbury appear to have cured them by adjustment to the swinging arm of the servo, we do not think they are the sort of judder as interpreted by you and which may be so bad as to break the pivot pins etc.

Actually, we have no complaints of high speed judders such as we think you have in mind.

These seven complaints were included under the heading where they appear because they were cured by adjustment to the swinging arm of the servo as described in Depot Sheet No. Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy}270.
