For the attention of Mr.Trounson.

Dear Sirs,

This is to confirm this afternoon's telephone conversation.

We are requiring for one of our chassis a flexible tube approximately 12" long. On the car the maximum pressure is 50 lbs/sq." although we shall obviously require a good safety margin. The bore need not exceed 3/16" diameter. We shall be very interested to see a sample of a suitable tube fitted with your standard ends, and to have a quotation for quantities of 100 and 500.

Although this tube will need to be oil resisting the temperature of the oil never exceeds 40°C.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
