it would sometimes involve an inordinate amount of work to make proper connections.
He thought several detail modifications were desirable which would be greatly appreciated by owners and chauffeurs without adding to the cost. e.g., the tail-lamp wire leading from the frame to the tail-lamp itself could be stowed away so that it would not be damaged when cleaning the car.
Mr Lee-Evans wished that someone at Derby conversant with the work could pay a visit to London when he would be glad of the opportunity of showing him round several coach-building establishments to demonstrate the points he wishes to raise.
