re SpectreCodename for Phantom III Exhaust Manifolds.

Before we decide on the design of the cast
exhaust manifold, we should like some manifolds made up in
tubing and sheet metal and tested on a test bed for power
loss.
This will give us an early indication on what
lines to proceed.
We wish to avoid sloping the exhaust snouts
on the cylinder head because this would hand the castings and
call for another pattern to be made.
We send you herewith LeC.4184 showing the pipe
for the test.
