Coverley - Production Engineer} re SpectreCodename for Phantom III Exhaust Manifolds. Before we decide on the design of the cast exhaust manifold, we should like some manifolds made up in tubing and sheet metal and tested on a test bed for power loss. This will give us an early indication on what lines to proceed. We wish to avoid sloping the exhaust snouts on the cylinder head because this would hand the castings and call for another pattern to be made. We send you herewith LeC.4184 showing the pipe for the test. Drawing to EY. Print to RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} E/JNR.{Charles L. Jenner} | ||
