PISTON KNOCKS.

With reference to our conversation re. piston knocks. We find that there is no cure which can be applied to existing cars other than those which are at present known, such as, peening out the piston.

The increase in section of the cylinder barrel bases can only be satisfactorily carried out by means of a new casting.
