To DA.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} S E C R E T. HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}2/LG6.4.25. ORIGINAL [Stamp] SERIES 'V' FRONT SPRINGS. X.8410 [Handwritten] We are not satisfied with the life of 8,000 miles on front springs, but we do not know how to make them any better. If you have any ideas for increasing the life of front springs, we strongly recommend that experimental sets are made as soon as possible so that they can be tested kk out in France. Front spring failures frequently occur on R-R cars, especially on the Continent. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
