Bendix Brakes.

We enclose a washerswhich is part of the shoe adjusting mechanism of a Bendix brake.

This washer rubs on the shoe every time the brakes are applied and is not lubricated. It appears to be made of a material other than steel to prevent squeaks.

Will you please let us know of what material the washer is made. You may scrap the part.
