Please receive PD.381 which shews the permanent scheme for giving a spring loaded synchromesh on Direct and Overdrive with the small cones to PD.239.

The front end of 3rd Motion shaft has not been increased in diameter, but the constant mesh and overdrive gear trains have been spread .050 each way and the forward end of 2nd motion shaft modified to suit.
