Know all men by these presents, that Rolls-Royce, Ltd. of the City of Derby, England County of and State of, party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable consideration - - - - - - - dollars, paid by J.S.Inskip of the City of New York, County of New York and State of New York party of the second part, have bargained, sold, granted and conveyed and by these presents do bargain, sell, grant and convey unto the said party of the second part his successors (heirs, executors, administrators) and assigns, one Cadillac seven-passenger limousine Model V-16

To Have and to Hold the same unto the said party of the second part, his successors (heirs, executors, administrators) and assigns forever, and it does for its successors (heirs, executors, administrators) and assigns, covenant and agree to and with the said party of the second part to warrant and defend the said described motor vehicle, hereby sold unto the said party of the second part his successors (heirs, executors, administrators) and assigns, against all and every person or persons whomsoever.
