Would you please let me know when the next SpectreCodename for Phantom III is going to France?

I am anxious that, when the next car goes, instead of just going to Chateauroux for the usual sort of routine test round and round the standard course, it should definitely go over the Alpine passes.

These passes, as you know, get closed about the latter part of September and, if we miss the opportunity of testing the car over these passes this summer, then we are unable to do so until next summer, which might be too late for certain important points.

I should like you, therefore, to put some one on to the job of making out a definite trip which should include the highest passes, such as the Stelvio, Galibier, Furka, D'Isoard, Julier, Grimsel.

There is also a new pass just opened over the Austrian Alps, i.e. the Gross Glockner, full particulars of which are in the 'Autocar' issue of May 31st.

Please let me know before the end of next week when the car will go and what course it will follow.
