25 HP. Shock Damper Brackets.

We have tested on the Bumper Chassis the new front damper plate to N.Sch.3905 and the rear damper brackets to N.Sch.3902.

These have now run 100 hrs. with a load of 100 lbs. in excess of what we propose to use on the car.

The only alteration which was necessary was, fit .437" diam. bolts instead of the .375" diam. for the fixing of the damper cradles to the forgings in N.Sch.3902. Will you please have this alteration included on the detail drawings.

Otherwise these two items are quite satisfactory for use with the controllable damper system.
