Dear Sirs,

In reply to your letter of the 26th inst. enquiring for 2 gross of 18 m/m Lodge Plugs, Model C., we beg to inform you that we are not yet in a position to supply these plugs in quantities commercially, and in fact it may be from 6 to 9 months before we can commence production on a large scale. In the meantime we could execute a small order of 2 gross, but even for this quantity we should require about a month or 6 weeks for delivery, and our price would be 5/-s. each. nett, carriage & packing extra.

We do not know for what purpose you require these plugs, but if you desire a plug for your standard car we can offer you either our Model C3. detachable Plug, or our Model C9. non-detachable. Both of these plugs are constructed with Mica insulation, and we can thoroughly recommend them for car work.

We have much pleasure in enclosing a sample of the above plugs, and for your requirements we should suggest the non-detachable Model C9. as the most suitable type. We can give you satisfactory deliveries of either of the above models, and beg to quote you

P.T.O.
