re. New PhantomCodename for PHANTOM I Servo

We attach herewith copy of Memo LE9/H14.7.26.
We are able to confirm the same trouble on test.

Although the parts are smeared with grease when built, lubrication is not retained. We suggest that some means of lubrication is required without getting oil on the friction plates.

A suggestion has been made that we have the pegs made in stainless steel and self lubricating bushes.
