Dear Sirs,

We are in receipt of yours of the 24th inst., enclosing drawings Nos. F.8422, E.81338, F.88178 and F.88180. Before we quote for the parts in question, would you kindly indicate the number of each you will require, and if possible let us have a sample of the material in which you wish them made ? We find that stainless steel and nickel silver bronze very variable in their machining qualities according to their specifications, and consequently the price may be considerably affected.

Yours faithfully,
ROTHERHAM & SONS LTD.,

H Nelson Smith
