X4263 Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} BY5-P28.2.23. GOSHAWK CROSS STEERING TUBE. A special short screw, with an internal square for tightening it up, was handed to you for use on the Cross Steering Tubes - the object of the screw in question is to permit of sufficient room being allowed for between the end of the Cross Steering and the spoke of the wheel to permit of discs being fitted when a customer required them. Where discs are being specified we are supplying these screws at the moment. We think, however, that they should be fitted in all cases. We are instructing Sales that such a screw is available, so that where they know a customer is fitting discs a special adjusting screw can be fitted. BY, | ||
