19-G4. Car.

We have suddenly realised that you may be running 19-G4, car without a camouflaging plate to the bottom of the radiator. This car, of course, has the deeper radiator and Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} laid down that it must always be run with a black plate covering the lower portion of the matrix. If you have not got this plate will you please arrange to have something fitted immediately.
