Leyland,
LANCS.

For the attention of Mr. Gollop.

Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of the 3rd. inst. ref. RG {Mr Rowledge} /JC. Motor Sales, and the sample hose sent with same. The writer is pleased to hear that your FW.12 quality rubber will withstand the corrosion inhibitor which we are contemplating using. However, we should be in a much better position to test the effect of this corrosion inhibitor on your FW.12 rubber if you could supply us with sample hose connections to EB.3748 and EB.3848 in this quality rubber, preferably two of each.

We are sending you an official order for these sample connections, and would like you to let us have them at the earliest possible moment.

Yours faithfully,

for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
