jigs consisting of a dashboard, steering column and
frame side members so that they can work more accurately.

(8) The seats are mounted on the subframe through the coachwork
construction.

(9) The floor is not sunk on the present subframe.

(10) We find no difficulty in making an admirable seal with
our present semi isolation scheme; a thick spriti strip
of sorbo sheet rubber filling in the space between the
bolts all round the dash.

(11) The precautions taken in (7) enable the coachbuilders
to adjust the door openings.

We attach a report from Mr. Lidsey on some of
the difficulties we have had with subframes.
