Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}/Thn. has attached to his memo EP{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}/Thn6/H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} 21.5.30., we wrote and confirmed two points :- 1/- We were springing slightly on the heavier side generally. 2/- For Continental cars we had arranged to use springs as suggested by Ps. viz. 50 lbs. stronger than those for English conditions on the front, and 100 lbs. stronger on the rear.
