contd :- -2- screw G.73958 then becomes .078", the usual adjusting washers G.75466 being employed for final setting. We recommend that such distance collars should be employed on all spring loaded cross steering tubes fitted to cars with old type front axles. During the conversion, the length of the tube will of course have to be arranged to give the correct 'toe in' with these collars before brazing.
