I do not believe we have an Arrangement Drawing of the Bentley which sounds rather disgraceful, but our Drawing Office people have been pushed lately. However, I will dig out what I can and send it along. I wonder whether you could reciprocate by letting us have an Arrangement Drawing of the new baby Buick. It cannot do much harm as we shall have one of the cars as soon as we can get it across here. However, I will leave that to you. One other point, will it be possible for you to get hold of the catalogue of the people who supply thermostats for operating exhaust heat to the carburetter, and send it along ? I have sold thermostatically controlled hot spots to our people but no-one in England can give us any real information about them. Dubonnet has been very busy endeavouring to sell his suspension to Rolls-Royce while I was away. His progress has been materially accelerated by a very charming wife, who always accompanies him on his visits to Derby and talks English perfectly. I gave her your note on the Dubonnet suspension which produced the attached reply. Our answer as far as I am concerned will be the Cadillac 16 when it arrives. | ||
