One of the chief advantages we see in sending a car to France is that it gets away from the Works. If it is run from the Works there is always the danger that we should be wanting to use it for some other purpose and most probably be wanting to alter it half way through the test.

I suggest that it would be worth while having a discussion on this point because noone wants to spend any more money in France than is essential.
