E.A.C. PISTONS.

As there may possibly be some modifications required to the piston in the near future, from two points of view:-
a/- Fit of the gudgeon pin.
b/- Design of the piston to prevent breakage,
it is important that the Works should go slow, particularly in regard to the final reaming operation for the gudgeon pin fit.

The alteration will take the direction of reducing the size of the hole in the gudgeon pin boss by possibly .001 to .002. The actual figure has not yet been settled upon, but Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} is experimenting with it.
