A.T. Revolution Counter Drive.

We duly returned to makers, the Driving End of the Revolution Counter which accompanied your memo reference Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /Rml/LG12.11.28, and give you below,copy of the A.T.Co's report.

"We have your favour of the 13th instant
"and note you consider the driving end of
"the A.T. Revolution Counter might be very
"much improved.

"We are pleased to be able to inform you
"that this has been under our notice for
"some little time and we may inform you
"that we are now able to supply a new Gear
"Box to replace the faulty one, which we
"enclose herewith.

"We think you will find that this design
"is a very great improvement on the previous
"one and we can assure you that the tests
"which have been very complete, have shewn
"it to more than stand up to the work required,
"the others were brought out and have been
"very disappointing.

"Will you please let us know your opinion
"of the new type, and oblige ".
