Mr. Clark.

Of how many propellers have we the M.I. and how have we found it?

The 12 volt motor efficiency and H.P. test- which way do you think is more convenient, rope brake or direct coupled scheme? We should push on with this as I should like to show Mr. Royce a result.

Have we made a comparative test between the car flywheel with slipper device as at present fitted on the test plates and the car slipper flywheel as it is to be fitted.

Mr. Royce suggests using a flywheel experimentally on the test plate which has a M.I. comparable with that of the average propeller and is fitted with a slipper. I attach his note.

M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} OLLEY.
