Oerlikon Mounting. We have already handed to Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/HH. the original of QPL.135 showing the revised armour plate for the type BD.{Mr Berend} gun as requested by Lt. Comdr. Young after he had inspected the gun fitted up with a mock up of the armour plate shown on QPL.123. The weight of this armour plate and fittings is now approximately 366 lbs. This is urgently needed for the first service trials gun and we understand that Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/CTS.{C. Trot Salt - Carburation} is asking the L.M. & S.R. to produce the parts. The scheme should be detailed by Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/HH. only if it is not detailed by the L.M. & S.R.
