Dear Sirs,

RE. MULTIPLE STORAGE BATTERY.

We have your letter of the 16th.inst. and will
carry out further tests of this battery which may, however,
owing to the necessity of fitting this in with other work,
extend over a month or two. After which, we shall take
one of the two 3-cell batteries to pieces to examine the
condition of the plates as the makers seem to attach consider-
able importance to the life of these.
We would like to add that the battery has not been
neglected but has received freshening charges with intervals,
which have never exceeded one month.

Yours faithfully,
