F.H. Royce Esq. Seacote, Overstrand. CJ13/D16610 16th June 1910. My dear F.H.R. I am very glad that you think of buying a Mercedes. I enclose their catalogue and a letter. There seems to be no reason why we should not purchase from them directly and let them assume that we are ordering for one of our clients who wants a 4-cylinder car. There appear to be two models - 1. 25/30 (90 x 140) H.P. This has the new extra oiling arrangement and they could deliver one in a fortnight. Cost of Chassis £600. 0. 0. I do not think we should do badly in ordering one of these at once. The cost to us would be £540. 0. 0. 2. 35/40 (110 x 148) H.P. This has not the extra oiling arrangement. Yours sincerely, X407 | ||
