Re Ex. 15 - TEST OF DUNLOP DETACHABLE WHEELS.

Mr. Nadin. 7. 2. 13.

We understand from Mr. Barrington that the present standard design of Dunlop Detachable Wheels is unsatisfactory and that some time previously, you have been in communication with the Dunlop Co. re this matter.

We have today received a request from Mr. Johnson asking us to report as to what conclusion we have arrived at, with a view to standardised detachable wheels.

We shall be glad therefore if you will give us a report as to how the matter stands, in regard to either Dunlop or any other detachable wheels that we may have experimented with.
