Issues with clutch engagement and slip on a 26.G.VI. Wraith model.

The engagement of the clutch has been adversely commented on in the Daily Reports. We tried anchoring the engine temporarily to stop it shaking in the mounting and the clutch was then fairly good on take-up but not 100% smooth. Attempts to get away on a steep hill in 2nd gear resulted in the car remaining at rest with the engine still running and the clutch fully engaged. In bottom gear slip also occurred, but we were able to get up the hill after some preliminary juggling with the accelerator and clutch. Bad slip on take up on the level also occurs with too much engine.
