Wor. {Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} spoke to me on Friday about the attached. Briefly the position is that we have no objection to giving MG. a license for this article.

Wor. {Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} said something about Smith's making it but I am not quite sure what the position really is and whether MG would want to buy it from Smith's or make it themselves.

Doubtless you will see Wn. and arrange with him to fix up the legal side.
