To Wd.{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead} from EFC. X 4113 EFC3/T9.4.24. X.607 - RE OLD EXIDE BATTERIES. We have in this Dept. seven old standard Exide 6-cell batteries, the cells of which have all failed in one way or another, after more or less use. It is not considered worth while having these reconditioned for our own use, but it has been suggested that they might be offered for sale to dealers, possibly locally, who would take the trouble to re-positive plate these and sell them in 6-volt units for radio batteries. We should be glad if you could do something on these lines or other, with a view to disposing of these batteries which are of no further use to us. EFC. | ||
